Stor-All offers the flexibility of month-to-month contracts. Customers are welcome to rent short-term or long-term.

How do I pay my storage bill?
Stor-All customers can pay their monthly bill online through our website or over the phone. Payment can be made with credit card, debit card, or checking account.

What items am I not allowed to store?
The rule of thumb is that anything that is illegal, flammable or combustible, alive, or that will rot cannot be stored in our storage units.

Can I live or sleep in my storage unit?
No. It is against California law for anyone to live or sleep in our storage units.

What security measures does Stor-All take to keep my things safe?
Stor-All is a fully fenced facility and is equipped with a state-of-the-art security camera system with 24/7 surveillance. Access onto the property requires going through a key-coded gate.

What pest and varmint protection does Stor-All take?
Stor-All is contracted with a nationally recognized pest control expert that treats the facility on a regular schedule.

Does Stor-All provide any kind of insurance protection for my stored items?
Customers can purchase a Tenant Protection Plan (TPP) through the Stor-All website. These TPPs provide different levels of coverage at a variety of price levels.

What is the process for moving out?
On your scheduled move-out day, please make sure your storage unit is completely empty, broom swept, and your lock is removed from the storage unit.
